Parents Association

Part of the family

The Parents, Staff & Friends (PSF) is a valued part of our family community here at Newbridge Preparatory School, bringing people together and playing an active role in the life of our school.

Every parent and carer automatically becomes part of the Newbridge PSF when their child joins the school, but our Friends extend beyond our current families. Staff, grandparents, former parents, alumni and anyone with a connection to Newbridge, past or present, are warmly welcomed.

Bringing our community together

Throughout the school year, the PSF organises a variety of social events and activities for children, families and adults. These are a wonderful opportunity to get to know other Newbridge families, strengthen friendships and enjoy being part of our wider school community.

Fundraising is an important part of what we do, with money raised helping to provide additional equipment, resources and experiences that enrich school life for our children. But the PSF is about much more than fundraising. At its heart, it is about bringing people together, creating happy memories and strengthening the sense of community that makes Newbridge so special.

Everyone can be involved

There are lots of ways to be part of the PSF, and involvement can be as much or as little as your time allows. You might help at an event, share a new idea, volunteer occasionally or become more involved with our committee. Every contribution is valued and appreciated.

A small PSF Committee helps to bring everything together, meeting approximately twice each term to plan forthcoming events, discuss new ideas and look at how funds raised can best support our children and the school.

We are always delighted to welcome new faces and fresh ideas. If you would like to get involved, help at an event, join the committee or simply find out a little more about the PSF, please contact the School Office at office@newbridgeprepschool.org.uk.

Details of forthcoming events and opportunities to get involved are also shared in our Weekly Newsletter and through school communications.
