By registering your child, you confirm the following: I/We request that the named child be registered as a prospective pupil. I/We understand that the standard terms and conditions of the school will undergo changes from time to time as circumstances require, and will apply in all our dealings with the school. I/We understand that the school (through the Headmistress, as the person responsible) may obtain, process and hold personal information about our child, including sensitive information such as medical details, and I/We consent to this for the purposes of assessment, and, if a place is later offered, in order to promote and safeguard the welfare of the child. I/We consent to the school making enquiries of the pupil's previous schools for confirmation that all sums due and owing to such schools have been paid. I/We also consent to the school informing any other school or educational establishment to which the pupil is to be transferred if any fees are unpaid. I/We understand that Registrations are considered in order of receipt. Offers of places are subject to availability and the admission requirements of the school at the time the offers are made. I/We confirm that we have read a copy of the Admissions Policy. I/We understand that there is no guarantee of allocation of sessions for Tots or Nursery. I/We understand that a Deposit of £350 will be due when a place is offered and that this deposit will be forfeited if the child is withdrawn after accepting.(Required)
